My invitation

Nope, not wedding invites! An invite to my shower in a few weeks! My lovely Future-SIL and my FMIL ordered these and sent them out to family and Phoenix freinds. (sorry it's all whited out, but you know, I don't think I'd endear myself to my FSIL if I put her address and phone number on the internet!)

My FSIL, who is also a BM said she picked these invites because of the color scheme! I love it.

My favorite part of the invitation is the host info: "Given with love by the Blank Women". This is so exciting and so very generous of them. I do feel loved by my FSIL, FMIL and new Aunts and cousins. Everyone can use more love.

I roasted chicken in my ceramic baker. I covered the chicken with olive oil and the seasoning. I cooked the chicken for 45 minutes at 350 and then flipped the chicken and cooked it for another 45 minutes. The I left the chicken uncovered for 30 minutes for it brown. The meat was very tender and falling off the bone.
Let me know how it goes!

A lot of care went into this invitation. Darrell's family wants this shower to be special for you and I think they are succeeding! The colors and expressive content are wonderful.
Hey, that's sounds like a tasty chicken recipe. Double bonus points in this posting!
